12th Informal Proteomic Meeting

November 19 – 20, 2026, Vestec (near Prague), BIOCEV

The meeting will officially start on Thursday, November 19, after lunch and end on Friday, November 20, with lunch. Social event is planned for Thursday evening.

Abstracts for oral presentations (15-20 min incl. discussion) and short presentations in „333“ format (3 results containing slides, 3 minutes of presentation, 3 minutes for discussion) are accepted. The official language of the meeting is English. The best junior talk will be selected for the HUPO 2027 travel grant. Both full and 333 presentations will be considered.

Three workshops will take place before and during the conference:

Thermo Fisher Scientific / Pragolab: The Complete DIA Workflow: Orbitrap Astral, DIA-NN, Proteome Discoverer and Skyline
Bruker: TBA
Genetica: Practical user experience with NULISA technology by Alamar

Keynote speakers are prof. Andrea Sinz (University of Halle-Wittenberg) and prof. Florian Stengel (University of Konstanz).

The winner of the Josef Chmelik prize for the best proteomic paper in 2025 will present her/his work on Thursday evening. Sponsored by AffiPro.
